Sales Policy

Binding Agreement: All purchases are subject to these Terms.

Product and  Price Availability: Product inventory and pricing are updated regularly. Prices may vary due to supplier costs, taxes, or high-demand seasons. If an item becomes unavailable, Zulove will notify the client promptly and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.

Pricing and Payment Methods: Prices are listed in USD. Zulove accepts credit/debit cards, PayPal, and ATH Móvil, processed securely via Shopify Payments.

Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

Refunds: Optional: Refunds are not available for personalized or customized products. Standard products, services, and promotions are non-refundable.

Damaged/Defective Products: Claims must be submitted within 5 hours of delivery, including photographic proof and a description of the issue. Valid claims may result in replacement or store credit.

Processing Time: Zulove evaluates claims within 3–5 business days.

Return Policy

No Returns: Optional: Due to the perishable nature of Zulove products, returns are not accepted after delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Orders: Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery date for store credit.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 7 days of delivery may be eligible for partial credit, depending on the production stage.

Custom/Urgent Orders: Custom or urgent orders cannot be canceled once production has commenced.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If a client is unsatisfied with a product or service, they must contact Zulove within 5 hours of delivery. Zulove will evaluate the concern and propose a resolution as appropriate.
